How can I pay for my items?
We use a certified secure checkout system and also accept payments via Paypal and Apple Pay on iOS mobile devices.
How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?
Our orders are typically processed within 48 hours.
After an order has been processed, please allow 5-10 business days for your product to arrive although during the COVID-19 Pandemic some items may take longer.
Do you deliver outside of Europe?
We deliver WORLDWIDE baby!
My item is incorrect / faulty, what do I do?
In the unlikely circumstance there is an issue with your order please send back the item(s) in its original packaging to the returns address on the packing slip inside your order. Also please send us an email at: contact@chakrah.co where we can discuss a replacement or refund.
How should I wash my CHAKRAH clothing?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
